I want you to embrace the feeling of uncomfortableness. Embrace the butterflies, the sweaty palms, the self-doubt and force yourself to try something new, share your voice, accept a stretch assignment or a promotion that scares you. Discomfort often precedes growth. 

As I practice yoga, I frequently lose my balance and fall out of poses. I could be disappointed in my lack of equanimity. Instead, I repeat my mantra, falling is learning. Tomorrow, I will be better than I am today. Join us in The Compass Lab where all lobsters are welcome.
