Lindsey Brent’s passion for people can be traced back to her days in Air Force Basic Military Training, where she learned how to forge an invincible team by maximizing the individual’s unique and diverse strengths. Lindsey relies on her combination of military and civilian experiences to help clients create environments that cultivate teamwork, innovation, and success. A realistic optimist, she has a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.

Behind the Scenes
Lindsay enlisted in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, a reserve component of the United States Air Force, to serve her country and pay for college after high school. Throughout her military career, she has been honored to serve in both reserve and active-duty roles across a range of Human Resources and Military Recruitment functions. One weekend a month, you’ll still find her in uniform.
